General Information

 

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our main shop is at 16214 Kiser Rd, Louisville, NE, 68037. Please check our website for store hours. 

  • Painted Tree Boutique in Lincoln, NE (2960 Pine Lake Rd, Space F14)

  • Painted Tree Boutique in Des Moines, IA (11101 University Ave, Clive, IA, Booth K15)
    Both Painted Tree locations are open 7 days a week, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

 

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Yes! We specialize in custom laser-engraved gifts, decor, and promotional items. Let us know your vision, and we’ll bring it to life.

Company Logos / Supply My Items

Q: Can you engrave/print my company logo?

A: Yes, you can submit your logo via our website, and we can evaluate it for engraving or printing 

Q: What type of file do you prefer for company logos?

A: We prefer to work with .AI files.  If you submit a photo or image of your logo, we will do our best to work with it, but we will face some limitations. 

Q: Do you charge to do mock-ups

A: We will produce product proofs once an order is placed, but we do not provide mock-ups before an order

Q: Do you charged to redesign my file?

A: If you submit an image to be engraved and we have to redesign the file to make it work, we will reach out to you before starting work. There is a fee for this. Price will depend on the scope of the work but could range from $5 and up. 

Q: Can I provide my own products to be customized? (apparel, drinkware, signs, etc.)

A: You can bring us your items, and we can customize them for you. 

Q: Is it cheaper if I bring my own items?

A: Usually, yes, we will charge for any product involved and labor 

Q: What happens if something happens to my item during production?

A: By bringing your items to us, you are assuming all the risk for any issues that may come up.  Please understand that the items could be pressed or engraved, or there may be some issues.  The Lantern Boutique will not be liable for any problems. We will disclose any potential issues to you beforehand.   For example - if you bring us glassware to etch, we will tell you that we usually need one glass to practice the settings. Tumblers are the same. We may need to practice depending on the outer coating.

Q: What types of products do you sell?
A: We offer a wide range of items, including:

Q: Do you offer DIY parties?
A: Yes! We offer fun, hands-on DIY party packages for kids, adults, and corporate events. Options include door hanger painting, earring-making, and sign crafting. Check out our party page here - www.thelanternboutique.com/party

Q: Are your products made locally?
A: Yes, most of our products are handcrafted with care at our shop in Louisville, NE.

 

Q: Do you offer seasonal items?
A: Absolutely! From fall-themed towels to holiday ornaments and apparel, we always have festive products for every season.

Events and Parties

Q: How do I book a party?
A: Contact us directly with your preferred date, type of party, and estimated number of participants. We’ll discuss options and packages to fit your needs.

Q: What’s included in your kids’ birthday party packages?
A: Our packages include all materials for a craft activity, such as sign painting or door hanger decorating. Premium and Mega packages include additional perks like layered designs, cake pops, or surprise gifts.

Q: Do you offer corporate team-building parties?
A: Yes! We provide a fun, creative environment for teams to bond over crafting activities like door hanger painting or earring-making.

Q: Do you require a deposit for your parties?
A: No deposit is required; you must pay for your party in full to reserve your date. 

Q: Can I get a refund for a party I've already booked?

A: It depends.  You will not receive a refund if we have already purchased or started making the items required for the party. If you need to cancel your party, please reach out right away. 

Q: Would if I need to add or subtract another person to my party?

A: Please reach out to us so we can accommodate this request. 

Q: Can I get a refund if a person can't make it or doesn't show up to a party

A: If we have already made the items for the party and they don't show up or cant make it, no refund will be issued. 

Ordering and Delivery

Q: Can I place bulk orders for corporate gifting?
A: Yes, we handle small and large orders, including holiday gifts for employees and clients. Contact us to discuss your needs for any large bulk orders. 

Q: Do you offer bulk Pricing on items?

A: Yes, we may be able to provide bulk pricing for certain items and larger quantity orders. Please reach out to us to discuss a bulk order. 

Q: How long does it take for custom orders to be completed?
A: Most orders are completed within 3-14 days, depending on the complexity and quantity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Q: Do you ship your products?
A: Yes, we ship across the U.S. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the items.

Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
A: Of course! You can pick up your order at our Louisville, NE location. Sorry, Painted Tree Boutiques does not allow us to drop off custom orders at their locations for pickup. 

 

Policies and Customization

Q: Can you use my logo?

A: Possibly, you will need to upload your logo to us, and we can determine if it will be one we can engrave or would need to print. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on non-customized items within 5 days of purchase. Customized or personalized items are final sale unless there is a defect. The consumer is responsible for bringing the item back to us and or shipping cost to ship it back to us. 

Q: Can I see a proof of my custom design before production?
A: We’ll send you a digital proof for approval to ensure the design meets your expectations if it is a custom order. If it's a standard design, you will not receive proof.
